return policy unworn and unwashed garments may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of order receipt. items must be in original selling condition and include hygiene seals. to request a return or exchange please e-mail us at maayan@sherris.shop
please include your name, order number and item you would like to return for a full refund.
all shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
sherris is a limited edition brand, and as a result we can't guarantee size and color availability upon exchange. please note we do not refund shipping costs. allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. we hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
note that as an effort to sustainability, we no longer produce hangtags, our main label is stamped onto the garment and contains all appropriate information.

shipping all successful orders will be processed within 24 hours. shipping time for international orders will be calculated at checkout. the estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days depending on the delivery service selected at checkout and the destination country. please provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as signature may be required upon delivery.
domestic shipments normally take 3-5 business days. Please select Priority Express for any overnight requirements. expect to receive a tracking number via e-mail once the order dispatches. Please note tracking numbers are not available to all destination countries. check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – regulations and guidelines differ by country.
new york state residents will be charged 8.875% tax on products above $110. for international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending on your zip code and the country in which you reside.
